You can request a refund of purchased credits within 14 days of the order date.
14-day guarantee
If the service does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund of purchased credits within 14 days of the order date. No justification is required, and the request concerns the amount paid for the credit package.
How to request it
Orders are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and manages support related to payments and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and indicate the email used for the purchase, or write to the service's contact details and we will forward the request. The conditions applied are those of Paddle's Refund Policy.
Effect on your credit balance
When a refund is approved, the credits corresponding to the refunded amount are automatically revoked from your balance, in proportion to the amount returned. If you have already used those credits, the balance is reduced to zero but never goes negative: conversions already generated remain yours and downloadable until their natural 5-day expiry. The movement is recorded in the history on the My account page.
Free trial
On sign-up you receive a free trial credit that lets you complete a preview conversion and check the quality of the vector output, including scale calibration. Downloading SVG and DXF requires 1 credit. No payment details are required for the trial.
